I need a full-featured Billing and Inventory Management system that also serves as a reliable POS solution with built-in GST compliance. In the first release, the software must cover the essentials—customer and product databases, barcode or QR code scanning at checkout, real-time stock alerts, role-based multi-user access, daily to monthly sales reports, plus both cloud and local backup options to safeguard data.
After launch I plan to expand into multi-store operations, add an AI-powered support bot, roll out Android/iOS companion apps, and layer in deeper analytics. A clean architecture that allows these upgrades without rewrites is therefore important.
