User Researcher from Brazil for leading Enterprise client

We are looking for a freelance qualitative researcher to support Ayra Research in Brazil

Contract start: 11th May 2022
Contract end: 8th July 2022

Main requirements:
Portuguese speaker, fluent in spoken and written English
At least 2 years of qualitative research experience in research industry, preferably including experience working in a product company
Experience in conducting user interviews, data analysis and synthesis
Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking
Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication
Willingness to learn and adaptability to change

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Research, Product, Design, and Data teams
Support research activities which consist of project initiation with stakeholders, research planning, research execution, sharing of research insights and tracking of actionable items based on research insight
Triangulate existing data from UX Research team and Data team to solve problems raised by stakeholders
Gather user requirements identifying needs and frustrations, and business constraints, translating findings into timely and actionable product and design decisions
