Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our esteemed IT training company. This role is not just about delivering top-notch technical courses; you will also work closely with our Chief Instructor. Your responsibilities will extend to co-developing and maintaining courseware, assisting our instructor delivery team, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and maintain courseware with the Chief Instructor
- Assist the instructor delivery team in various capacities
- Maintain our technical infrastructure
- Write comprehensive documentation
- Contribute technical articles for publication on our social media channels
- Assist with pre-sales activities
- Monitor technical trends in the IT industry
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with DevOps, particularly pipelines
- Nice to have: Experience with GitLab CI
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience running containers (Docker and/or Podman)
- Nice to have: Ability to create container images
- Experience with using a Kubernetes cluster
- Ability to set up a Kubernetes cluster
Soft Skills:
- Either already engaged in instructing or interested in becoming an instructor
- Excellent presentational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Additional modern language is a plus
- Strong listening skills
- Places respect above judgment

Additional Qualities:
