Oracle P6 EPPM Configuration Setup

I’m looking for an experienced Oracle P6 EPPM consultant who can take our implementation from blank slate to fully configured system. We have not yet captured the client’s configuration preferences, so the first part of the engagement is to lead structured discovery workshops, translate those discussions into a clear settings document, and then apply every agreed-upon parameter directly inside P6 EPPM.

Scope of work
• Facilitate sessions with the client to gather all configuration requirements for Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules.
• Produce a comprehensive configuration settings document that the client can sign off on.
• Implement the approved settings in our P6 EPPM environment—global calendars, EPS/OBS structures, security profiles, portfolio dashboards, resource codes, and any other elements uncovered during discovery.
• Validate the setup with the client, make final tweaks, and provide a short hand-off guide.

Acceptance criteria
• Signed configuration document.
• Live P6 EPPM instance reflecting every item in that document.
• Confirmation of access and correct functionality for a sample user profile in each module.
