Multi Country Certificate Attestation & Visas
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an experienced document-processing professional who can take my complete portfolio of papers—educational, personal, and commercial—and secure the necessary legalisation for each of them. The work spans several jurisdictions:
• Embassy attestation: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia
• Apostille attestation: Ministry of External Affairs, India
• China visa support: tourist, business, and work categories
You will manage the entire chain, from verifying the originals and obtaining state / Chamber of Commerce stamps (where required) through each embassy’s final seal, right up to safe return delivery. For the China visas I am looking for someone who can prepare and lodge the application, track its status, and have the passport returned with the approved sticker.
The ideal partner is already familiar with MEA Apostille procedures, VFS-style appointment systems, and the document translation and notarisation steps that some embassies still insist on. If you maintain in-house couriers or have tie-ups with reliable logistics firms, please mention that in your message.
Deliverables will be:
1. Attested originals or authorised true copies for every document sent
2. Tracking references and soft scans of each completed attestation page
3. Approved China visa(s) with confirmation slip
