Set up email import and export from microsoft365 to gmail

I have an email address on microsoft365 (purchased through godaddy).
I need to be able to receive and send email from this aggress through my gmail account.
Ive tried all the standard methods to do this. But I am not able to make it work.
The job is to provide instructions in english, to guide me through the process in real time, while I share my screen.
