Looking for Substrate, Polkadot, Parachain Expert for Blockchain Project

I'm currently working on an experimental study on multi-chain in the supply chain industry.

Substrate has already built an example for one blockchain (https://github.com/substrate-developer-hub/substrate-enterprise-sample)
What I'm looking for right now is a developer who can port this sample to an experimental cumulus-based chain with two parachains for products and assets.
