Polish Customer Service for fashion E-commerce store (FB and e-mail)

We are running a clothing fashion eCommerce shop in Poland.

We are looking for a reliable Polish girl for long term cooperation.
The estimated time spent per day is 2h where the work is distributed throughout the day.

The person will be:
- Helping with website translation,
- Moderating Facebook comments,
- offering FB daily chat support,
- Replying daily e-mails to customers,
- Translating marketing texts
- Marketplace product listing, pricing, descriptions
- Answer customer Chat and Email requests in a timely fashion
- Be able to provide support and answers to customers' questions and concerns.
- Assist with product questions, hours of operation, returns, defects, shipping, etc

Requirements:
- be a native Polish girl!
- fluent 100% in Polish!
- well experienced with custumer support
- knows Facebook
- worked and experience with e-commerce - Customer service, returns, etc.
- self driven, motivated, works well independently, and is a go-getter
