Prescribing unlicensed/off label medicines and how you go about getting informed consent and demonstrate to the patient their recommendation is evidence based.
How you are notified about drug alerts, who receives the alerts, how these alerts are disseminated to individual prescribers and the receipt by individual prescribers is recorded and monitored.
