Cloud Kitchen & Food Cart Launch
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am building “I searchCook,” a small cloud-kitchen operation paired with a street food cart that will serve two signature items—Chicken specials and authentic Litti. What I need now is an end-to-end partner who can turn the concept into a working, revenue-generating reality.
Here’s what the job covers:
• Point-of-sale system – recommend, install, and configure a POS that works seamlessly for both the cloud kitchen and the mobile cart. Fast checkout, ingredient-level sales reporting, and easy daily reconciliation are must-haves.
• Marketing materials – create the visual identity (logo, cart wrap, menu board, takeaway packaging) and a starter kit of digital assets for social media launches and local promotions.
• Product execution – document clear, scalable methods for making and serving Chicken dishes and Litti from a compact cart setup, including prep steps, holding procedures, and portion controls to maintain consistent taste and speed of service.
If you have proven experience setting up food carts, ghost kitchens, or similar quick-service models—and can roll technical, operational, and branding tasks into one streamlined project—I’d like to hear how you would approach it and see examples of your past work.
