Refine “Unsaid Feelings” Poetry

The design is simple HTML/CSS + a touch of JavaScript, but what really matters to me is the writing itself. I’d like a skilled poet / editor to go through each poem and polish the language—think careful line breaks, stronger word choices, consistent tone, and sharper punctuation—while keeping my original voice intact.
What I’d love back:
• a clean, edited version of every poem now on the site
• a brief note on why you made each key change so I can learn from it
