Poem written for a gift

I would like a poem written for a baby shower gift. It is a baby blanket that was knitted by the unborn babys grandmother (Nanny Lisa). She has sadly passed away making the blanket even more special. It was used by the unborn babies cousins Dylan and Iviee and is now a gift to the new baby (Baby Hall) until the next cousin is born. I want to start a bit of a tradition with a new family heirloom where the blanket can be gifted to each baby that is born.
