Love-Themed Poetry Contest

I’m opening a poetry contest that celebrates every shade of love—romantic, familial, self-love, unrequited, or anything in between. If you have an original poem that captures this theme, I’d love to read it.

What to submit
• One unpublished poem, written in English, any form or structure you prefer (free verse, sonnet, spoken-word script, haiku—your choice).
• Maximum length: 40 lines.
• A brief author note (2-3 lines) describing the inspiration behind your piece.

Acceptance criteria
• The poem must fit the love theme and be entirely your own work.
• No AI-generated or previously published pieces—plagiarism checks will be run.
• Submit the poem as a Word document, PDF, or plain text file.
