Grandma who I lost

Im looking for a personal poem for a plague i would like to buy.
My grandma was like my mother and meant so much to me, id like to add some personal touches to resemble there from me, she was a strong person that had her special querks, she always learned me little things that made who i am, she grow seeds into plants for me as my garden meant a lot to her, we spent time every week for 40 years building memories that cant ever be forgot, ive known my grandma, mam and me and the golden girls, we did so much to build memories including our favourite shops ikea, tk maxx and boundry mill, she was quite tight with money sometimes but never held back with QVC, her favorite channel, although she had a bad habit of returning goods just for the sake of it. She never wanted to be grey and always got her hair done every week, she was a strong independent women who had 3 children plus me who treated me like a daughter, i am her eldest granddaughter, im also the one who she trusted with her finances and to deal with will. Myself, my grandma sometimes i called her brenda as she felt old if i xalled her grandma in public abd my mother tracey would always go out every week . During her last few months she slowed down and told me she could no longer dance at the queens jubilee, i cried to my mother in the toilets as i knew this was her slowing down, she always danced! This was june 2022 and she died in October 2022. She has left a massive hole in the family.
