Simple WordPress Podcast Website

I’d like a clean, no-frills WordPress site that puts my weekly podcast front and center. Episodes should display in an attractive grid, each tile opening an embedded audio player so visitors can listen instantly. Beside the player, I also want clear buttons that point listeners to the same episode on Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, and iHeartRadio.

Pages in scope
• Home – latest episodes in grid view with the embedded player and platform links
• About Us – brief show and host bio (content provided by me)
• Contact Us – simple form that routes messages to my email

Technical notes and deliverables
• Set up WordPress (your recommended lightweight theme or a simple custom child theme).
• Create an “Episode” post type or equivalent so I can add each new show in minutes—title, description, artwork, audio file link, and external platform URLs.
• Configure a reliable podcast plugin or native WP audio block for the embedded player.
• Ensure the grid auto-populates as episodes grow and stays mobile-friendly.
• Hand over a brief video or PDF showing me how to publish future episodes and update the About/Contact pages.

Once the site is live and I’ve tested adding an episode myself, we’ll call the project complete.
