Setup automation with smart blocks for RSS / Podcasts in Radio (Air Time Pro)

I have a cloud based radio automation software called "Air time Pro" by source fabric. We have weekly podcasts that we grab from our rss feeds and manually schedule in the radio slots every day. We schedule in slots on the calendar radio programs / podcasts. The problem is, we do not have the time to update our radio program schedule every week. We do not have money to hire a radio tech / radio program director. So we have issues with keeping our radio content fresh.
But we have some features in our radio software that can automate the process of keeping our radio slots / schedule / calendar updated. These features can actually automaticly update radio shows / podcasts on the scheduled slots daily. These features can pull the latest shows podcasts from the rss feeds. These features are called rotation and smart blocks.
But we do not understand how to setup this automation. We do not know how configure and get them working.
This project is simple.
1. We need you to either have prior experience with air time pro. Or you must be good with audio mp3, podcasts and rss feeds and be quick to learn the feature in our program. You will log in to our radio software.
2. You will take a look at the RSS feeds, Smart blocks and rotation feature. Your job is to set them up and configured. To get them working, then train us how to use them. You will make sure they can pull the latest shows and episodes of podcasts and schedule them into our radio slots.
3. We will then test them and conclude the project.
This project does not pay much. Our radio station is non profit. We are family and community based radio station that makes no profit and are supported by donations. We are here for humanitarian causes and help educate people to live better lives.
