Produce and upload a podcast

We are starting a podcast and need someone to help as get it set up, and then send files to on an ongoing basis to produce (edit as required, add intro and outro) and then upload so they are live.

Please outline your experience in setting up podcasts, editing and producing them, and then uploading them to make them live.
