Podcast producer

I'm looking to start my own podcast and need assistance with editing the podcast along with recording and sharing it technical things and we would like the person to be on the podcast the whole time we are airing to assist with any technical issues. We would like this person to also help with marketing, scheduling, following up with gas, researching, gas, etc
