About Us
Agent Builder Coaching (ABC) is a fast-growing real estate coaching brand based in BC, Canada.
We support soon-to-be, new, and struggling real estate agents in building thriving businesses, with a focus on the BC and Canadian markets.
We are now pivoting our growth strategy around podcasting and video content as our core marketing engine — producing 3 podcasts per week, each promoted publicly for 7–10 days before moving them into our private member vault.
We need an energetic, creative marketing teammate to help us design, produce, schedule, post, and promote all related content — and grow a loyal audience of Canadian real estate agents.
Core Objectives
Grow audience reach and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Rapidly build awareness and interest in our podcast and brand
Repurpose podcast content into a steady stream of 20–30+ weekly promotional posts
Drive traffic and engagement to our newsletter, website, and membership community
Key Responsibilities
Podcast & Video Content
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating 3 podcast episodes per week
Publish to podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Buzzsprout, etc.) and YouTube
Design episode titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
Repurpose episodes into short clips and reels using Veed and Content360
Manage public release for 7–10 days, then archive into membership vault
Social Media Marketing
Create and post 20–30 weekly content pieces (clips, carousels, stories, shorts, posts)
Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
Schedule and post for optimal reach and engagement times
Use Canva for graphics, GHL for scheduling support, and Google Workspace to manage calendars and planning
Engage with comments, tags, and DMs to build audience loyalty
Campaigns & Reporting
Plan mini campaigns for each podcast episode launch (pre-launch teasers, day-of promos, aftershow engagement posts)
Track content performance: reach, engagement, followers/subscribers, click-throughs
Provide simple weekly growth and engagement reports
Ideal Candidate Profile
Young, energetic, creative — apprentice-minded and eager to grow with us long-term
Confident suggesting new, fun, and innovative ways to promote our brand in our niche
Strong design eye and copywriting instincts
Skilled at staying organized and following a content calendar
Clear communication and strong written English
Familiar with: Canva, GHL, Riverside, Veed, Content360, Google Workspace, podcast platforms
Must be consistently available during West Coast Canada (Pacific Time) daytime hours
