I’m looking for ongoing help with two complementary tasks. First, I want to appear as a free guest on relevant shows, and second, I need a steady pipeline of high-quality guests for my own YouTube podcast.

My ideal guest profile is very specific: entrepreneurs, CTOs, and VP-level engineering leaders based in India or the United States. Each appearance—whether I’m on their show or they’re on mine—must add genuine expert insight for listeners.

Here’s how I picture our collaboration working month to month:

• Research and shortlist podcasts that match my niche, then craft and send tailored pitches that secure me guest slots.
• Source, vet, and approach entrepreneurs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering who fit the above ICP and are willing to appear on my channel.
• Coordinate calendars, share show briefs, and handle follow-ups so every recording runs smoothly.
• Keep a simple tracker (Google Sheet or Airtable) showing outreach status, confirmed dates, and published links.

You’ll have full freedom over the tools you prefer—LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Listen Notes, Matchmaker.fm, Podmatch, Calendly—so long as the results keep flowing consistently. If you have a network of podcast hosts in India or the U.S., even better.
