My education-focused podcast drops fresh episodes every week, usually 45–60 minutes long, and I want each one to live well beyond the full audio feed. Your task starts by listening straight through the episode, understanding the conversation in context, then carving out the moments that will hook new listeners fast.
Here’s what I need from you after every episode:
• 5–8 vertical clips (9:16) tailored for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok, each built around a clear hook and capped at 60 seconds.
• 1–2 longer cuts (3–10 minutes, 16:9) ready for my main YouTube channel, stitched smoothly so they work as standalone mini-lessons.
Some clips may lean humorous, others professional or casual, depending on the segment you choose; the mix should feel natural, never forced.
I’ll provide the raw video and audio in a shared drive. You return finished MP4 files, a simple time-coded spreadsheet that shows what was pulled from where, and a quick note on why each moment was chosen so I can refine topics for future shows.
