Independent Zoom Control for Nearstreamvm-20 Cameras

I'm currently using four Nearstream vm-20 cameras, and I'm experiencing an issue where when I zoom in on one, all of them zoom simultaneously. I'm looking for an expert familiar with this model who can assist me in configuring the system so that I can zoom each camera independ⅖ently.
