Celebrity Booking Specialist for Podcast

I’m looking for someone experienced in booking celebrity or high-profile guests for podcasts or talk shows.

My show, Pondoff’s Anonymous, is a weekly video podcast focused on recovery, mental health, and personal transformation. We record remotely—no travel required.

I need help with:
- Researching and identifying celebrity guests who are open to discussing sobriety, recovery, or mental health
- Contacting their representatives (agents, managers, or publicists)
- Crafting outreach emails and follow-ups
- Scheduling remote interviews and confirming logistics

I’m not paying appearance fees to celebrities. I’m only paying you (the booking specialist) for your work and expertise in outreach and coordination. The goal is to secure meaningful, mission-aligned guests who want to share their story.

Ideal candidate has:
- Experience booking celebrity guests for shows, podcasts, or campaigns
- Familiarity with entertainment industry contact databases (IMDB Pro, Talent Managers, PR lists, etc.)
- Professional communication skills and persistence
- Ability to report weekly on outreach activity and progress
