Responsibilities

Develop and publish engaging, SEO-optimized show notes to enhance visibility and improve discoverability on search engines.
Manage the scheduling and distribution of podcast episodes across all relevant audio and video podcasting platforms.
Create impactful shorts/clips from podcast episodes for promotional purposes and for sharing on various social media platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest communications: this includes guest searching, scheduling, pre-interview coordination, and follow-up.
Generate comprehensive monthly reports detailing podcast growth, listener engagement, and other key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Convert podcast audio into text for blog posts, ensuring accurate transcription and engaging presentation.
Maintain and update the podcast section of the website, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and optimized for both user experience and SEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in podcast production, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
Proficiency in using podcasting and audio editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in guest relations or talent management.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
Familiarity with website management and content management systems.
Preferred Skills:
Video editing skills for creating clips and shorts.
Familiarity with transcription services or software for converting audio to text.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to take initiative and ownership of projects.
