podcast producer

Seeking an experienced podcast producer to help me produce an ongoing interview-based podcast. I have some individual guests lined up and others that I am reaching out to and a realistic budget. The operation is already active and we have recorded a few episodes. The ideal candidate for this project should have the following skills and experience:

- Strong knowledge of podcast production, including recording, editing, and mixing audio
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content for an interview-based podcast
- Experience in creating show notes to loosely direct interviews and guide conversation flow
- Proficiency in using podcasting software and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
