About the project
I run Shelly Thoughts, a podcast and content brand focused on leadership through a spiritual and conscious-living lens, with a largely Indian audience and Hinglish (Hindi-English) content. I am looking for a reliable video editor to handle the full post-production of each podcast episode on an ongoing basis, including the long-form cut and all derivative social assets. This is recurring work for the right person, roughly [X] episodes per month.

Clean edit: remove filler, dead air, mistakes and tangents, smooth jump cuts
On-screen lower thirds for guest name and topic, plus chapter or highlight structure
B-roll and supporting visuals layered over key talking points
Background music bed at safe levels, full audio leveling and noise cleanup
Branded outro with a call to action (subscribe, follow @shelly_thoughts)
Five short-form reels (vertical 9:16, 30 to 60 seconds each)
Hook-first cuts pulled from the strongest moments of the episode
Burned-in animated captions, accurate to the spoken words and comfortable with Hinglish
Consistent reel template using my brand colours and fonts
Formatted for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Captions and subtitles
Accurate SRT subtitle file for the full episode
Burned-in captions on all five reels
Thumbnails
One YouTube thumbnail at 1280 x 720 in a high click-through style, featuring episode title and guest
Reel cover frames where needed
Brand consistency across every asset, following the supplied brand kit
What I will provide
Raw video and audio files, my brand kit (logo, colours, fonts), intro and outro references, the episode title and guest name, and the specific moments or timestamps I want highlighted. I can supply licensed music or you may use royalty-free tracks.
Technical and workflow requirements
Delivery: MP4 (H.264), 1080p or higher if the source allows; reels in 9:16; thumbnails as PNG or JPG
Editing software is your choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro)
File transfer via Google Drive or WeTransfer
Two rounds of revisions included per deliverable
Turnaround: full package within [X] business days of receiving the raw files
