Podcast Editing & Distribution Management
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I record a video podcast every other week and now need reliable help handling the post-production flow inside Descript. Each episode is already cut for content; what’s left is importing the raw file, dropping in my pre-made intro and outro, polishing any rough audio levels, and exporting it in both video and audio formats.
Once an episode is finalized, I’d like you to:
• Upload the video version to my Substack publication with the correct title, show notes that I provide, and the embedded player.
• Publish the audio file through Buzzsprout and push it to the additional platforms on my established list (I’ll share the log-ins and the exact outlets I want covered).
• Double-check that artwork, episode numbers, and metadata stay consistent across every destination.
All intro/outro assets are ready for you on Google Drive, along with a template Descript project you can duplicate each time, so we can keep everything fast and uniform. If small tweaks are needed to fit episode length or pacing, feel free to do them as part of the upload workflow.
Turnaround: within 48 hours of me delivering the raw recording.
