Extract an audio file from a video file to make a podcast track

I have a MP4 video file that is 1 hour long, and i need the audio file extracted to make a podcast file. I also have a 1min intro that needs to be added to the main audio file, and the audio levels checked to ensure good for podcast.

I need it done ASAP in the next 12hours
