Business support needed for start-up coaching membership site.

I'm looking for someone experienced in developing Facebook communities and online membership sites.

IMPORTANT:

I work with women going through menopause so although you do not need to be female to apply, you must be comfortable with researching and writing about the changes in women's bodies and mental processes as they get older.

This is a new venture, the Facebook group has just been set up so I am looking for someone who can get involved from the start and work with me to scale the business.

My start-up budget for a VA is $12/hour so please only apply if you are happy to work at this rate.

Initially work is for 2-3 hours per week at this stage with the focus on engagement on social media. Over the next few months, there will be an increase in hours and role requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Social Media

- Create a social media calendar
- Research inspiration and ideas for social media posts
- Find images for social media posts
- Schedule and post real-time social media posts
- Click “like” when people comment on your social media posts
- Comment on other blogs or social media channels
- Curate relevant content from other accounts to share (You never know when
someone else will return the favour and share your content!)

Website/Blog

- Basic management of blog/website
- Format and publish weekly content
- Have weekly content transcribed (video, audio, podcasts)
- Filter and reply to comments
- Research topics relevant to my niche for future weekly content, inspiration
and ideas

Email Marketing

- Prepare and schedule my weekly email subscriber newsletter
- Set up lead magnet opt-in, thank you page and confirmation email
- Set up new subscriber and/or new customer nurture sequence

Customer Service

- Respond to questions and inquiries
- Send thank you notes, emails or shoutouts to followers and customers
- Handle Facebook group community management
- Help with live webinar support (live commenting, Q&A session)

Miscellaneous

- Research and inquire into guest blogging and podcast or video show interview opportunities for me
- Schedule live webinars
- Create lead magnets in Canva
- Research keywords
- Find testimonial candidates and get testimonials
- Set up Facebook ads
