WIRS Residential Water System Design
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m looking for a WIRS-accredited designer to take full ownership of the water infrastructure on a new residential build. The job centres on plumbing and water systems, covering everything from the initial concept through to submission-ready documentation.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• Detailed pipe layout drawings with diameters, gradients, and connection points clearly marked.
• Calculations and material specifications that meet Water Industry Registration Scheme (WIRS) standards and local authority requirements.
• A compliance pack ready for approval, including risk assessments and any forms the water company expects.
• Coordination notes outlining how the design interfaces with other trades so installation runs smoothly.
