I have a G+3 multi-story school building that needs a complete plumbing layout. The scope covers the entire facility—classrooms, restrooms, cafeteria, and every other space—so the water-supply and drainage lines must be coordinated floor-by-floor and riser-to-roof.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A clear schematic showing pipe routes, sizes, and fixture connections for water supply and drainage.
• Riser diagrams and legends that make installation easy to follow.
• A brief material schedule with pipe specifications and recommended fixture counts.
• CAD files (AutoCAD or Revit MEP) plus a PDF set suitable for permit review.
