I'm in need of an experienced handyman or contractor to repair a leak on my metal roof of a 2 story commercial building located in Toowong on Coronation Drive. The scope of work involves:
- Fixing a moderate leak, covering an area of 1-5 sqm.
- Replacing damaged drywall ceiling tiles.
Access to the roof is available via an internal hatch. Please note, prior experience with metal roofs and ceiling repairs is highly preferred.
