Restaurant Leaks & Appliance Repair

My restaurant in Walthamstow has a few urgent maintenance issues that need a skilled set of hands as soon as possible.

Water leaks
• Location: Kitchen only.
• Detail: A steady drip is coming from a white exhaust-type pipe I found inside the food-prep area. I’m unsure whether it ties into the plumbing or an appliance vent, so I’ll need you to trace the source and stop the leak for good.

Conventional oven
The unit has stopped working as expected—heat is inconsistent and sometimes drops out entirely. I need a full diagnostic and repair so it reaches and holds normal service temperatures again.

Fridge frame
The door frame on one of my fridges is cracked and starting to separate, which is affecting the seal. A sturdy, food-safe fix or replacement section is required.

Acceptance criteria
1. Leak fully sealed with no residual drips after a 30-minute water-pressure test.
2. Oven reaches set temperature and maintains it through a full cooking cycle.
3. Fridge door closes flush, seals properly, and the frame is structurally sound.

Please bring any plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry tools you’ll need; access to the kitchen can be arranged outside peak service hours to minimise disruption. If parts are required, let me know the exact items and costs before purchase. Once all three issues are resolved, I’ll run final checks on site with you to sign everything off.
