HK Residential Water & Power Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete water-supply, drainage, and electrical layout for a set of new residential suites in Hong Kong. The plumbing must be organised around ease of future maintenance—clearly labelled pipe runs, accessible shut-off points, and straightforward inspection routes are essential.
On the electrical side I want room-by-room flexibility: enough spare capacity in the distribution board, modular circuiting that allows easy reconfiguration, and conduit paths that accommodate potential smart-home upgrades. Everything has to sit comfortably within Hong Kong’s latest Building Services, EMSD and Fire Services guidelines.
Deliverables I expect
• Coordinated CAD/PDF plans showing pipework, fixture schedules, wiring routes and board schedules
• Supporting hydraulic and load calculations, plus any required compliance forms
• A concise maintenance and hand-over guide that highlights access points and future expansion options
