I need a comprehensive residential plumbing inspection report focusing on sewer lines. The inspection should include a video assessment of the sewer lines.

REQUESTED TECHNICAL OBSERVATIONS
If possible, the report/inspection would ideally address:
Whether the private sewer line showed evidence of obstruction or restricted flow;
Whether root intrusion was present;
Approximate percentage of obstruction, if observable;
Whether the condition appeared recent or long-standing;
Whether the condition could reasonably contribute to basement flooding during heavy rainfall events;
The probable pathway/source of water entry, including whether the flooding may have involved:

• hydrostatic pressure;
