Residential MEP BOQ Preparation

I have a full set of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for a new residence and now need a complete Bill of Quantities focused on the services trades. Your task is to open the drawings, extract every relevant quantity, and deliver a clean, structured BOQ in Excel.

Electrical scope
• Lighting fixtures
• Power outlets
• Wiring and conduits

Plumbing scope
• Water supply lines
• Drainage systems

For each item I expect precise take-offs, clear descriptions, the correct unit of measurement, and subtotaling that aligns with standard method of measurement for building services. Please use whatever specialist software you prefer for the take-off, but the final file must be an editable Excel workbook with sheets logically organised by trade. Accuracy and consistency are critical; cross-check against the drawings so nothing is missed.
