I’m looking for a qualified gas-systems engineer or plumber to examine my existing residential gas pipe schematic and appliance BTU loads, then confirm that every run is sized for optimal efficiency.

Scope
• Focus appliances: heating systems, kitchen appliances, water heaters, and a boiler.
• Validate the current line diameters against building-code requirements and recognised industry tables (NFPA 54 or equivalent).
• Flag any points of excessive pressure drop and suggest the smallest safe pipe size that still maintains appliance performance.
• Recommend layout tweaks where a shorter, lower-loss route would improve overall efficiency.

Deliverables
1. An annotated copy of my schematic or the Excel worksheet highlighting any required changes.
2. A short report (PDF or Word) listing:
– Assumptions and calculation method.
– Step-by-step sizing checks for each branch.
– Specific code references used.
– Actionable recommendations with expected efficiency gains.
