Residential Electrical & Plumbing Layout
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m finalising the construction documents for a large single-family home that will exceed 4,000 sq ft, and I now need a complete set of coordinated electrical and plumbing layouts for the entire property.
The architectural floor plans are ready in DWG and PDF, so you’ll be able to reference exact wall locations, fixture positions, and ceiling heights. What I’m looking for is a clear, code-compliant design that the building team can follow without guesswork. That includes panel schedules, circuit runs, switch and outlet placement, lighting layouts, fixture specifications, pipe sizing, routing, venting, and hot-cold-waste schematics.
Because this is whole-house new construction, the drawings must dovetail smoothly with HVAC and structural plans already in progress. I prefer the work delivered in AutoCAD (or Revit if you’re set up for it) with layered, well-labelled sheets ready to slot straight into the master set.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Electrical layout sheets (lighting, power, low-voltage, panel schedule)
• Plumbing layout sheets (supply, waste, vent, risers)
• A brief design narrative that explains load calculations, pipe sizing logic, and any special considerations
The finished package should satisfy current NEC and IPC requirements. If something in the architecture raises a red flag, flag it early so we can solve it together. I’m ready to share plans right away and will be available for quick turn-around feedback, so we can keep the project moving.
