Plumbing and Drainage Plan Development
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a detailed plumbing and drainage plan for a domestic block in Port Macquarie Hastings Council, NSW, Australia. The project is DA-approved, and includes rainwater harvesting to a storage tank for some domestic use and garden irrigation. Plans required for external plumbing and drainage only.
Key Requirements:
- Drainage from retaining walls, hard surfaces, and storage tank overflow to a rubble drain/pit
- Comprehensive calculations, specifications, and qualifications as per council regulations
- Detailed plans based on my concept drawing
Deliverables should be in PDF format. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with Australian council regulations and standards
- Acceptable qualifications
- Plumbing and drainage design skills - this one is not rocket science!
- Proficiency in creating technical plans and documentation
