Laundromat Plumbing System Blueprint

I’m setting up a new laundromat and already have a detailed floor layout. What I still need is a practical, code-compliant plumbing blueprint that shows every connection for the cold and hot water connections to the washing machines and the waste outlets.

Your task
• Translate my layout into a clear plumbing plan that covers supply, drain, vent and shut-off points for each bank of machines.
• Specify pipe sizes, materials and basic isolation/clean-out locations.
• Indicate water-heater placement with all required in- and out-let details.
• Deliver a dimensioned drawing in PDF plus the original CAD/Revit/AutoCAD file so my installer can work directly from it.

Keep the scope lean: no 3D renders—just a straightforward, accurate schematic and a short bill of materials that lets us price the job quickly. Local plumbing code references must be noted; if something looks non-compliant, flag it.

If you’ve designed commercial laundries before, let me know; otherwise any solid plumbing-design experience is fine as long as you’re comfortable working from an existing layout and turning it into a build-ready plan.
