Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need someone who is equally comfortable with plumbing and light electrical work to give my well-pressure tank and all the household fixtures a thorough preventive maintenance check. The system still runs, but it hasn’t been serviced in a while, so I want pressure settings verified, the switch contacts cleaned, all wiring tightened, and each faucet, toilet, and shower valve tested for leaks or inefficiencies.
You’ll have full access to the crawl-space tank, breaker panel, and every fixture. Bring the gauges and hand tools you normally use; I don’t keep spare parts here.
Deliverable
• Brief post-visit report that lists readings taken, work performed, and any additional fixes you recommend.
Solid experience with residential well systems, plumbing, and safe electrical practices is a must. I’m hoping to book the visit this week, so please include your earliest slot and how long the job should take.
