Florida Residential Plumbing Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m finalising a custom 2,800 SF single-family home on a slab foundation here in Florida and need a clear, permit-ready plumbing plan that aligns with the Florida Building Code. You’ll receive my complete architectural drawings in DWG and PDF plus the approved septic layout, so you can concentrate on turning them into a coordinated plumbing sheet.
Scope of work
• Domestic cold- and hot-water layout
• Drain, waste and vent routing (basic layout with main connections only)
• Fixture tie-ins, clean-outs and building sewer run to the septic tank
• Dedicated connection for a heat-pump water heater
• General notes, symbols and legend suitable for review by my builder and the local authority
Deliverables
1. One fully annotated plumbing plan in PDF ready for permit submission
2. The corresponding, fully editable DWG file
When you reply, please include a fixed price, your expected turnaround time and at least one example of a similar residential plumbing plan you have completed in AutoCAD (or compatible software).
