I need a signed as-built plumbing certificate for an existing residential duplex installation (3028 SW 21st Street / 2110 SW 30th Court, Miami FL) that must be accepted by the City of Miami Building Department under permit BD20013431001.
I require a licensed Florida Professional Engineer or Architect who can:
Review the full photographic and video documentation of the installed plumbing system I will provide,
Confirm code compliance with the Florida Building Code Plumbing (6th Edition, 2017), and
Issue a signed, sealed, code-compliant as-built certificate in PDF that the City of Miami Building Department will accept.
The documentation package includes crawl space video footage, still photographs of all fixture connections above and below slab. A draft certificate is ready for your review and signature.
