Electrical & Plumbing Fit-Out

Job ID: 40221679

Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 AUD

I’m converting a small space into a grab-n-go lunch bar and I already have the general layout sorted. What I need now is a qualified shopfitter who can focus purely on the electrical and plumbing side of the fit-out so I can open on schedule and pass inspection first time.

Scope of work
• Electrical
– Install energy-efficient overhead and task lighting throughout the service area and prep kitchen
– Add new power outlets at all prep stations and under-counter zones (RCD-protected)
– Wire and connect commercial appliances: under-bench fridges, display warmer, microwave stack and POS equipment

• Plumbing
– Supply and fit two stainless sinks with mixers (one hand-wash, one pot-wash)
– Run and connect drainage lines, including grease trap tie-in
– Connect the entire setup to the main water supply with shut-off valves and backflow prevention

Acceptance criteria
1. All electrical work certified to local commercial kitchen regulations and presented with compliance paperwork.
2. Plumbing tested for leaks, correct fall, and grease trap flow; water pressure within spec.
3. Final sign-off by local inspector without remedial items.

The workspace will be clear and accessible after business hours, and I can provide a detailed floor plan plus appliance cut-sheets before you start. If you’re experienced with hospitality fit-outs and can complete both trades smoothly, let’s lock in a start date.
