Detached Workshop Shed Construction

I am building a new detached shed built in my rear yard of an existing detached dwelling. The shed will primarily be used as a workshop for crafts and hobbies. Need assistance with permits and drawings, not building.

Key requirements:
- Limited plumbing: single sink connected to existing water supply and sanitary drainage
- No additional plumbing fixtures
- Basic workspace arrangements: sink

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in constructing detached structures
- Knowledge of basic plumbing for sink installation
- Ability to design and build functional workshop spaces
