Crawlspace PVC Drain Rough-In
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m adding new Schedule-40 PVC drainage under my house and need a professional rough-in completed inside the crawl space. The work is strictly for drain lines that will carry waste water from three future fixtures—a toilet, a sink, and a shower/tub combo—as well as an additional sink. The existing drain network down there is staying untouched, so the new piping has to connect cleanly to the main line without altering or disturbing what is already in place.
Space is tight, so every cut and glue joint has to be planned for clearance, proper fall (¼-inch per foot), and access to future clean-outs. I’ll supply the fixtures later; right now I need the drains positioned, strapped, solvent-welded, and pressure or water-tested so the inspector can sign off before I close the subfloor. Local plumbing code compliance is a must.
Deliverables I’d like handed over:
• Layout and install of new PVC drains for the toilet, both sinks, and the shower/tub, tied into the existing main.
• All necessary fittings, straps, and clean-outs in place.
• Final leak/pitch test documentation ready for inspection.
