Comprehensive Retail TI MEP Design

I am preparing a tenant-improvement package for a retail space and need a full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design set that I can submit to the city and to my GC. The scope covers:

• Mechanical – complete HVAC sizing, layout, and ventilation strategy that satisfies current code and the performance needs of a customer-facing retail environment.
• Electrical – panel schedules, circuiting, lighting layout with power densities, and any specialty outlets or low-voltage runs typical for merchandising, POS, and back-of-house areas.
• Plumbing – domestic water, waste, and vent schematics, plus any required roof drains or condensate routing tied to the HVAC equipment.

Deliverables must be provided in PDF for review and in CAD format for coordination. Please include load calculations, equipment schedules, and a concise code compliance summary in the final submission so permitting can proceed without revisions.
