Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
- MEP design for my house project
- and construction drawings
- all i have a the moment is new and existing architect planning drawings
- plumbing and electrical layouts so its easy to get builders to quote for works
- including pipe and cable routes.
- someone who is knowledgeable on regulations in this field.
- someone who can make helpful suggestions on external lighting designs
- someone who can make helpful suggestions on internal lighting layouts
- someone who can think of everything i will need for power and lighting and heating system with thermostat controls etc
- someone who knows under floor heating and can advise / draw this. i will have this downstairs
- ill have radiators upstairs
- someone who could also do a full set of very detailed construction drawings which will include a Crendon timber or Mitek style truss roof system for my new roof.
- must have qualifications in MEP design, building regulations and know best practices
- they must show example drawings so i can review
- i will be getting an separate structural engineer to check foundations mainly but also advise on steelwork required.
- as part of the construction drawings i will need calculations and advice on steelwork needed . these also included within the drawings. calcs necessary also for UK latest regs.
- someone who knows and can advise on latest UK regs in terms of insulation requirements and U value
