Complete Residential Plumbing Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m finalising the design of a single-family home in Thailand and now need a full, construction-ready plumbing and sanitary package. The drawings must be precise enough for local contractors to work straight from them and compliant with current Thai plumbing codes and created in the CAD file.
Scope
• Cold and hot water distribution, waste and vent lines, fixture locations, pipe sizing, slopes, clean-outs and all required notes.
• A dedicated rainwater harvesting system tied into the roof drainage, including storage tank sizing, pump specification and reuse connection points.
• Septic tank design with inlet/outlet elevations, chamber sizing and leach field layout suited to our soil tests.
Deliverables
1. Complete set of coordinated plans, sections and isometrics (PDF + DWG).
2. Fixture and equipment schedule with model numbers and flow rates.
3. Calculation sheet covering demand, pipe sizing and septic capacity.
4. Brief installation guide highlighting any critical sequencing or local materials.
Acceptance
I’ll review for code compliance, dimensional accuracy and construction clarity; the job is done when my builder confirms he can price and build directly from your package without further questions.
