Commercial Remodel with Sinks and Outlets

I need plans drawn and stamped for a commercial space based on a basic sketch I will provide.

Key requirements include:
- Install 7 sinks (4 hand wash, 1 kitchenette, 2 utility)
- Add a water heater
- Install 6 electrical outlets
- Modify non-load-bearing and partition walls

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience drafter with P.E. stamp
- Plumbing and electrical expertise
- Ability to work from basic sketches or rough CAD
